- If your application form is incomplete your case will not be considered. During the process of checking if any wrong information found your case will be deferred. Applicant will upload one color photocopy of his/her (valid six months)computerized passport.

Please UPLOAD photocopy of YELLOW FEVER & COVID 19 VACCINATION CARD For visit as well as business purpose, an invitation letter (With Host Passport Bio Data page, updated tax clearance certificate ID Card & Business Registration Certificates) from Ghana is required.

No.3 FRC (Family Registration Certificate from NADRA)
No.4 Color Photocopy of Passports of both Parents who will Act as a Guarantor for the Applicant

- Incomplete applications and incorrect information will render your application for entry permit/Vi sa void.
- Visa fee paid to the Consulate General of the Republic of Ghana, Islamabad.
- All applications are to comply and carefully note the requirements to enable the Embassy process and is sue your on time.
